As the name suggests this stream has been established to serve all mission personnel working in a cross cultural setting. Its aim is to provide information, resources, training and encouragement for individuals, families, supporting congregations and sending agencies. It does this by organising appropriate events or training sessions, some annually and others as needed. Examples of such events are Third Culture Kid’s get-togethers; Spiritual Retreats; Rediscover Ireland information seminars; How to Support Your Local Missionary training/information for local churches; Debriefing training/opportunities.
